Due to the nature of our products (shipping containers), returns are generally not accepted unless the container is deemed to be significantly not as described or has sustained damage during delivery that was not previously disclosed. All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Instacontainers.

The container must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the exception of the reported damage or discrepancy.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
